Shipping Policy

Processing Time: After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from Monday to Friday. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with the tracking number after the item has shipped.

Shipping Time: Our shipping time ranges from 4 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Due to customs clearance procedures, international orders may experience longer transit times. La Bella Stella is not responsible for delays due to customs, payment approvals, or similar issues.

Shipping Cost: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders. Customers are responsible for original shipping charges and any import fees if a shipment is refused or unclaimed, these costs will be deducted from their merchandise refund.

Order Tracking:  Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. 

Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
